challenge with time management and productivity that I
experienced was how to overcome that feeling of being
overwhelmed. How do you free your mind from the nagging
thoughts of all the things that you need to do, so that you can get
on with actually doing stuff?
In this podcast I discuss my journey through trying many approaches
to time management and the value that I found in David
Allen's Getting
Things Done (GTD) approach. Unlike traditional personal
productivity systems, GTD helps you harnesses the creativity
and intuitive power of your unconscious to work with you, rather
than interrupt you. I outline what I think are the most
helpful concepts in the GTD approach and how it might help
you.
